Biden to Give Speech in ‘Unusual Moment for American Politics’

US President Joe Biden will today deliver a speech outside Independence Hall in Philadelphia, which will address the ‘battle for the soul of the nation’.
Sky News Washington Correspondent Annelise Nielsen says it is unusual for the President to be delivering a prime-time address given it is not in a strictly political context.
“This is all about Donald Trump again,” she said.
“This is all quite an unusual moment in American politics.”
