NSW Police Commissioner Karen Webb’s Lies are Exposed on Video by Protecting Corrupt Police Officer Daniel Keneally

YOU CAN’T EVEN DREAM THESE KINDS OF FRAUD UP:
Absolutely cringe-worthy performance by the NSW Police Commissioner.

They’re happy to sack a large number of dedicated police and public servants for declining the jab, but still paying Keneally after it has been acknowledged that he acted criminally.

Senator Kristina Keneally’s police officer son, Daniel, is facing over 10 years jail for making a false statement and having an innocent man jailed

Senator Kristina Keneally’s police officer son, Constable Daniel Keneally, has been accused in the NSW parliament (24/11/21) of attempting to stitch up Luke Moore for crimes he did not commit and if proven true Constable Daniel Keneally could be facing more than 10 years in jail. The day after it was raised in NSW parliament, who ordered NSW police to hand over all documents relating to the matter within 21 days, the NSW police offered Luke Moore $170,000 to settle the matter which he rejected.

What makes this article powerful is the evidence below which includes Constable Daniel Keneally’s police statement, the recorded phone call, a video of the NSW parliament discussing the issue, the offer by the NSW police to settle and their apology and admission of wrongdoing and other documents.

Constable Keneally wrote and signed a police statement claiming that Luke Moore made certain threats during a phone conversation they had on the 24th of February 2021 but the allegations in the police statement do not correspond with a recording of the phone call which Luke Moore luckily recorded. Luke Moore was jailed as soon as he was charged with the alleged crimes and ended up serving 3 weeks in jail before he was bailed and the NSW police eventually withdrew the charge as it was obvious that Constable Daniel Keneally’s police statement was fabricated.

The NSW police say they investigated the fabricated police statement and apologised saying it was an “error” by Constable Daniel Keneally. If Luke Moore had not recorded the phone call he could have ended up in jail for quite a few years.

On the 24th of November 2021 the matter was raised in the NSW Parliament by Rod Roberts – Pauline Hanson’s One Nation Party and supported by Mark Banasiak – Shooters, Fishers and Farmers Party, David Shoebridge – The Greens and others as per the below video. The NSW police were ordered to hand over all relevant documents of the Luke Moore arrest and charge within the next 21 days

Video – NSW Parliament discuss the matter and orders the NSW Police to hand over documents – Introduction by Shane Dowling (Me)

Given Kristina Keneally is a former NSW politician and NSW Premier, with many contacts in the NSW government, she should make a public statement on the issue as to whether she has had any involvement in the alleged cover-up. Independent website True Crimes News Weekly reported on the story in October but the old media at this point are refusing to report the story even though it was raised in the NSW parliament last week.

The Luke Moore and Constable Daniel Keneally recorded phone call is below. It was on the 24th of February 2021. At some stage near the end, Constable Keneally hung up or refused to answer back.

(Click on the triangle above on the left to listen to the phone call)

Constable Daniel Keneally says in the below statement that the phone call was at about 8.30pm (24/2/21) and he wrote and signed the below police statement at 11.35pm the same day. As you will see the police statement does not align with the above recorded phone call. Pay close attention to paragraph one below as Daniel Keneally knew if he lied in the police statement he could face criminal charges.

Constable Daniel Keneally’s police statement – Four pages

Luke Moore was arrested and charged the next day with help from the Fixated Persons Investigation Unit and spent 3 weeks in jail. The charge sheet is below:

Luke Moore – Charge sheet – One page

The NSW police dropped the charges the day the hearing was meant to start.

The NSW police sent the below apology and offer of $170,000 to settle the matter the day after it was raised in parliament as per the above video. I have no doubt the $170,000 offer to settle was designed to minimise the amount of information the NSW Police have to hand over to the NSW parliament within 21 days as they have been ordered as per the above video. The Police know if they settle with Luke Moore they can then tell the NSW Parliament that they can’t hand over certain documents and answer certain questions because that is protected by the confidential settlement.

This story could and should lead to a Royal Commission into the NSW police and Fixated Persons Investigations Unit who I wrote about in August 2021 in an article titled “NSW Police anti-terrorism unit used by politicians, judges and others to intimidate and falsely charge journalists who expose them”. (Click here to read the article)

There are a lot of questions still to be answered such as did Daniel Keneally act alone or was he instructed/encouraged to make a false police statement? Why haven’t the NSW police charged Daniel Keneally and why are the police still trying to cover the matter up?

The police have until the week before Christmas to hand over all relevant documents to the NSW Parliament which is the time everyone goes on holidays and stories die. But this matter will be a huge story next year as it has widespread support in the NSW parliament and already has admissions by the NSW police.

NSW Police are sitting on a recommendation to charge Kristina Keneally’s police officer son Daniel with fabricating evidence.

Police Officer Daniel Keneally broke down and confessed to fabricating evidence when he was interviewed by the NSW Law Enforcement Conduct Commission (LECC) who recommended criminal charges against him.

Daniel Keneally’s fabricated evidence led to the jailing of Luke Moore even though no crime had been committed and it has been raised in the NSW Parliament which is waiting for a report from LECC.

My source tells me that the criminal charge recommendation and a report from the LECC were sent to the NSW Police before the federal election but so far they are refusing to lay charges. The delay in charges could be political interference of some type given Daniel’s mother is former NSW Premier and Federal Senator Kristina Keneally or it could be that if the police charge Daniel Keneally it will have a domino effect and other police will face charges as well so the police are refusing to charge him.

There can be no doubt that Daniel Keneally fabricated evidence as I laid out all the evidence in an article in December 2021 that includes Daniel Keneally’s police statement which makes false allegations claiming Luke Moore threatened police in a phone conversation they had. The problem for Keneally is that Luke Moore taped the phone conversation which proves that Daniel Keneally’s claims in his statement are fabricated lies.

The article I published on the 1st of December 2021 which has the phone recording starts off:

Senator Kristina Keneally’s police officer son, Constable Daniel Keneally, has been accused in the NSW parliament (24/11/21) of attempting to stitch up Luke Moore for crimes he did not commit and if proven true Constable Daniel Keneally could be facing more than 10 years in jail. After the police refused to take action against Daniel Keneally, Luke Moore escalated his complaint to the Law Enforcement Conduct Commission (LECC) which I detail in the below video.

I published a new video on Thursday (11/8/22), as per below, regarding the new information:

Not only have the NSW police failed to act against Daniel Keneally but the NSW Law Enforcement Conduct Commission (LECC) has failed to give their report into the matter to the NSW Parliament as they promised to do in the below letter they sent to the Parliament in November 2021:

The reputations of the NSW Police and NSW Law Enforcement Conduct Commission (LECC) are rapidly being trashed on this matter alone so maybe it’s time for the Office of the Inspector of the Law Enforcement Conduct Commission, whose primary role is to provide oversight of the LECC and its officers, to investigate.

NSW Police Commissioner Karen Webb’s lies are exposed on video by protecting corrupt police officer Daniel Keneally

NSW Police Commissioner Karen Webb was exposed on video protecting corrupt police officer Daniel Keneally who lied in a police statement to have innocent man Luke Moore jailed. Commissioner Webb was put under the blowtorch at the NSW Parliament Budget Estimates hearing on Wednesday (31/8/22) by MP Rod Roberts.

The old saying that the cover-up often becomes a bigger crime than the initial crime is in full swing in this matter and it’s just a question of how many other police officers Keneally takes down with him. There is already an open and shut case to charge Daniel Keneally with lying under oath and having someone falsely charged etc and his boss who helped cover it up.

But after last week’s budget estimates hearing there is a prima facie case to charge Commissioner Karen Webb with concealing a serious indictable offence for her role in the cover up. And at the same hearing Commissioner Webb threw Deputy Commissioner Dave Hudson under a bus when she said he looks after the Professional Standards Command implying he was responsible for dealing with what Keneally has done and the cover up.

For Police Commissioner Karen Webb to stick her neck out to protect Keneally, which is on video below, takes the cover-up to a whole new level.

Background

In 2021 police officer Daniel Keneally had a phone call with Luke Moore who runs a website called I Sue Police which sues police on behalf of people for wrongful arrest and wrongful search etc. Obviously, Luke Moore is not well liked by some police.

After the phone call Daniel Keneally wrote a police statement making up lies claiming Luke Moore threatened to kill a police officer during the phone call. Luke Moore was arrested and charged the next day and spent 3 weeks in jail before he was released on bail.

Luke Moore had recorded the phone call which proved Daniel Keneally had lied in his police statement and the charges against Luke Moore where dropped the day of the hearing. The police have since offered Luke Moore $170,000 in compensation, but he refused, and his compensation claim is still in court.

I have published 2 previous articles on this matter with more background information and a copy of Daniel Keneally’s police statement and a recording of the phone call:

1/12/21 – Senator Kristina Keneally’s police officer son, Daniel, is facing over 10 years jail for making a false statement and having an innocent man jailed (Click here to read)

13/8/22 – NSW Police are sitting on a recommendation to charge Kristina Keneally’s police officer son Daniel with fabricating evidence (Click here to read)

Daniel Keneally fabricating evidence is a criminal offence which resulted in an innocent man spending 3 weeks in jail. If you commit such a serious crime in the workplace, it is summary dismissal. So, the questions are:

  1. Why is Daniel Keneally still in the police force?
  2. Why is Keneally being protected?
  3. Did Keneally act alone when he fabricated the evidence or was encouraged by others to stitch up Luke Moore?

I published the first video below on YouTube on Monday which has the full questioning of Commissioner Webb regarding Daniel Keneally and she looks very uncomfortable, and is all over the shop.

The second video below reinforces a key part from the first video and was published on YouTube on Wednesday.

NSW Police Commissioner Karen Webb in effect confirms that she knows police officer Daniel Keneally is corrupt (7/9/22)

This matter is far from over and is starting the heat right up. Commissioner Karen Webb is now being held fully responsible for what happens regarding Daniel Keneally, and she is due back for a supplementary hearing at Budget Estimates in October 2022 which runs from the 24th to the 28th of October. She has also been given the below supplementary questions from the hearing last week which she has to answer by the 27th of September:

  1. When was Constable Keneally first suspended from the NSW Force? Who suspended Constable Keneally?
  2. Why was Constable Keneally suspended?
  3. When was Constable Keneally reinstated?
  4. Who reinstated Constable Keneally?
  5. Why was Constable Keneally reinstated?
  6. What is Constable Keneally’s current employment status?

Commissioner Karen Webb will have Daniel Keneally living rent-free in her head at least until the end of October. Even if Commissioner Webb does sack Keneally she needs to explain why he has been a protected person since last year which is unexplainable, except if Webb was to admit to a widespread police cover-up which equals widespread police corruption.
